Hours are billed in 15 minute increments, and a one hour minimum.

Retainer payments are due on the 1st of each month. Invoice overdue 5 days will be charged an additional 10% and services will cease until payment is received. After 2 late payments prepayment will be required.

Weekend, after hours, holiday or rush projects will be charged an additional Rush Fee.

Before beginning the project a Work Agreement will be created and signed. A 50% payment will be required on non retainer projects. Invoices are sent out at the end of the month or at the end of a project, which ever applies to the situation.

Payments

Payments will be made using PayPal. With PayPal you can use a credit card or debit card. US currency the only accepted payment.

Referral Discount

The best complement you can give me after I provide excellent service is to refer me to someone who may need my services. Once they become a established client you will receive $25 off your invoice. That is half an hour off your bill.
