Addressing your concern about stumbling one&#039;s own content. This comes directly from the StumbleUpon site:

 If you are sharing quality content with others, you are not spamming. Do not focus your submissions on just your site but instead sharing quality information.

I have also looked up the following information from Digg for you to reference.
